'Add' and 'Cancel' buttons are disappeared from 'Add a Component' page after using Auto-complete 'User-picker'

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Run JIRA in MS Internet Explorer
      2. Click Administration
      3. Click any project
      4. Click Add component
      5. Start typing component lead -> 'Add' and 'Cancel' buttons are disappeared after selecting value from user-picker.
