There is a notification scheme called "Default Notification Scheme". It exists out of the box. However, when I create a new project, it gets the notification scheme "None" by default. If something is "Default", shouldn't it be set by default?

It's easy to forget to set the notification scheme when creating a project, which leads to people not getting notified of things they expected to be notified of.
