Would I be right in thinking that http://jira.opensymphony.com/ actually redirects/forwards to http://opensource.atlassian.com/ ?

I've just had a mail from a user having trouble creating an account in the XDoclet JIRA at http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/xdoclet/, and when he requested a password reminder it came from opensymphony instead. My suspicion is he's not entered the full URL, and with the opensymphony JIRA being on the root context path he's in fact created the account in that system, not ours, without realising it...

I appreciate it's not a trivial matter, but would it be possible to move the opensymphony one into a separate context root (e.g. /projects/opensymphony) and put a static page in the root path directing people to the appropriate one? I realise it'll need some coordination to synchronize with changing the URL redirection, but IMO it'll mean less confusion in the long term.
