Editing or creating an issue with Safari 3.0.4 gives 404 error

      When attempting to create or edit an issue with Safari, and then clicking on create/update button, you will get a 404 response page from Jira. The issue creation/updating actually happens, just only the redirection back to the issue causes the problem, and only right after submitting the form. Hitting refresh will reload the target issue page correctly.
