Description
Seems that we have a user which has spotted this inconsistency.
Rather than deleting a user, it is recommended to disable their account by removing them from all groups (see 'Assigning a User to a Group', above). This prevents the user's account from being used, and prevents the user's name appearing in User Pickers ('Assignee', etc). It is still important to reassign any issues assigned to that user, but there is no need to modify the 'Reporter' as described below.
The documentation is slightly incorrect where by after removing the user from all group(s), the user is still able to be chosen from the user picker list. This is one of the improvement request which is being tracked.
