A customer has suggested that including the size of the permgen allocated size (current + max) in the System info page would encourage correct self diagnosis of an OutOfMemory JIRA installation. It makes sense on those occasions to check the system info page on next reload to see how much Memory JIRA has - a nice bar graph of permgen would certainly accelerate/highlight fault resolution from a support and/or customer perspective.
