Allow to specify a different dashboard for non-looged in users to logged in users

      We want to configure JIRA to show different content on Logon screen and on Default Dashboard for registered users.
      For example, Introduction portlet should be shown on Logon, but not needed at all for users on their dashboard - it wastes a lot of screen space and useless for users who are not new in JIRA.
