Time Tracking Report Excel view will not open in Internet Explorer 7

      When viewing the time tracking report in Internet Explorer 7 and clikcing on the "Excel View" link you are presented with an error message from IE that it cannot download the file. There is no issue from Firefox on both Mac and Windows or Safari.
