      The issue a navigator produces urls like:

      http://<JIRA url>/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-rss/temp/SearchRequest.xml?&sorter/field=issuekey&sorter/order=DESC&tempMax=1000

      Tomcat complains about ?& with the error message:

      2007-11-12 01:25:04,169 http-8081-Processor4 WARN [tomcat.util.http.Parameters] Parameters: Invalid chunk ignored.
