Issue Due Date Select Popup window does not shown in Korean mode

1. Create Issue.
2. Click Due date Calendar Button
3. No Popup window (Javascript Error msg shown bottom of the Explorer).

This is Luke from Korean Partner Goldpitcher.
This bug is shown with Korean mode.
I think this is the same with 2 byte code langauages, which seem like javascript 2byte url problem.

I think I saw somewhat similar bug in somethime which is same situation for administrator to assign group member in JIRA old version.
