We've configured JIRA to have our title (i.e. our name for our support system) and favicon and those display correctly as the title of the web page – usually. When the user logs out, the title of the page (http://support.aptana.com/issues/secure/Logout!default.jspa) becomes "JIRA - Logout". We think there are other times when that's the case but we're not sure.
