Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a filter with a custom field of columns.
2. Export the "Current Fields" to Excel and the right fields are shown.
3. Edit the filter WITHOUT saving (i.e. the red notice is on the left hand side)
4. Export the Current Fields to Excel again and the user default fields are shown in the list.
This might be intentional, but it's a bit unexpected.
