Cannot reassign reopened issue assigned to archived "Fix Version" to another release

      QA has reopened closed issue that was assigned to released and archived Fix Version.
      I wanted to reassign it to one of planned releases.
      As result Issue is assigned to two versions, see screenshot.

      Also side bug of this bug - issue assigned to two versions. Is it correct?
