/secure/ForgotPassword.jspa should redirect to ForgotPassword!default on GET

      When a user resets his password, he is redirected to /secure/ForgotPassword.jsps. Non-obviously, just visiting this URL in the browser causes an NPE error page. It would be more useful if it would redirect to the forgot password form.
