User name AutoPicker renders a "FALSE" and pushbuttons disappear.

      When you use the user autopicker by typing in the users name, and if the name ISN'T in the JIRA system you get a "FALSE" rendering below the user selection field and your Update/Cancel buttons disappear. This happens on several pages of the "Add/Edit" user, however one that I can reproduce it on regularly is "Edit/Add Component Users".
