A user reported that they were unable to import their Bugzilla content across to JIRA using the Bugzilla importer tool due to an error. The error turned out to be caused by a corrupt Bugzilla database - running the Bugzilla Sanity Check over their database fixed the problem.

Please update http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/v3.4.3/bugzilla_import.html to mention to users either to always run the Sanity Check before importing, or possibly only in the event of an error.
