Clean up the top toolbar by changing

User: John Doe [Filters] | [History] | [Profile] | [Log Out]

To instead be

User: [John Doe] | [History] | [Logout]

By moving the Profile to link on the username and removing the common filters link. If users want to view their filters, they can put them on their dashboard as a portlet and still visit them in the same number of clicks by going to Home instead.
