Currently, the inclusion conditions for issues in these two reports is different and sometimes confusing, leading to the following question:
Why are the "Time remaining" estimates for the "Version workload" and "Time tracking" reports different?
The reason is that the Version Workload report only includes Unresolved Issues, and whereas the Time Tracking report will include Resolved Issues that have estimated time remaining.
The improvement is to give the user an option to allow or disallow Resolved Issues in both of these reports configuration page.
