However, some of the function calls (mostly towards the very top and very bottom of the list) contains a short summary of what the function call does at a high level. However, in the middle, this summary seems to be missing. For example, "getFieldsForAction" has no summary information at all. There is no hint of WHY I might want to use this function call.

Please go through the function calls on this page and update the summaries to the level of, for example, all the "WorkLog" related function calls at the bottom.
