several emails per user

      Hello,

      It would be very usefull to support secondary email for users.
      Sometimes, people send the email to the support with a different email address and it is ignored without warning (because the user is not recognized and anonymous has no right to create ticket in this project.
      At least, having a bounce message explaining the mail has been rejected would be helpfull.
