I appreciate that you are improving a lot the time tracking features and reports but most of all our JIRA projekts are internal projects WITH customer access. Hence, we really have to hide the internal project tim tracking information (reports and issue detail view) from our customers. This is the reason why we can't enable this feature in JIRA globally.

If we would be able to control the visibility of the time tracking information by permission scheme this would solve all our problems.
