Different HTTP status on "issue not found" and "project not found" pages

      "issue not found" page has http 200 status (http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JIRA-99999)
      "project not found" page has http 404 status (http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ASDF)

      I think, there must be some common status for these pages, perhaps HTTP200.
