Can't remove Anyone from jira-users global permission in JIRA 3.10.1 upgraded from earlier version

      We made a change to JIRA 3.10.1 preventing adding Anyone to the jira-users global permission: JRA-13049. Unfortunately we now have a small bug:

      1. In a JIRA 3.10 instance, add Anyone to jira-users.

      2. Upgrade the instance to 3.10.1 (or 3.10.2).

      3. Try to remove Anyone from jira-users in the 3.10.1 instance. JIRA won't let you, saying that "The group 'Anyone' is not allowed to be added to the permission 'JIRA Users'. See the attached screenshot.
