Deleting component with no issues

      I wanted deleted a component in my project. I clicked delete, and I get the confirm page with the familiar "Cannot set focus" JavaScript error popup. The page noted "Deleting this component will not alter any issues, as there are 0 issues associated with this issue".

      Perhaps the page assumes there will be at least one?
