Attachments are lost if required fields are left empty

      Standalone JIRA 3.10.2 on OpenSUSE 10.

      When creating an issue, if any required fields are left blank, any uploaded attachments have disappeared when the screen is shown again with the error messages. I imagine the same thing would happen with any other error.
      Since the files have already been uploaded by the time the input is validated, it would be great if they were kept until the issue creation is canceled, or a timeout is reached, so that they don't have to be uploaded all over again?
