Forced use of Default Dashboard

Administrator should be allowed to ensure that users always uses the same default dashboard page.

To day users can make custom changes to the default configured dashboard.

Also if the Administrator changes the default dashboard page these changes will not be visible on the default dashboard page at a user with custom portal pages.

I suggest the following options for an Administrator:

• Disallow any changes to the dashboard (user can not change the default dashboard page and can not add new portal pages)
• Allow custom portal pages and disallow changes to the default dashboard (user can add new portal pages, but can not edit the default dashboard page)
• Allow all custom changes to the dashboard

Furthermore one should be able to Restore Defaults on a single dashboard page, so that a user with custom multiple portal pages can restore a single page.
