Permission to delete or change work log entrries

      Hi!

      I'm introducing JIRA for me and my colleages. When work logs are entered by mistake for the wrong issue it is not possible to delete or change entries. I expected that this is possible for JIRA administrators. I had to clone the damaged issue what is not a professional way.

      Any idea?
