    Description

      Nearly all of JIRA language files have been translated to Turkish. language_tr_TR.jar and tr_TR.gif are attached.
      Also I've upload the language_tr_TR_src.tar.gz files which are used by our trainee when translating the files. language_tr_TR_src.tar.gz file contains ant script for build jar file.

      I hope you would add the Turkish translation to new version of Jira.
