As a user, I don't want the column Business Value to be this wide in my list - I'd be happy to call it Bus Val.

However, when I log the ticket, I want to know that it is Business Value.

Also, it is ridiculous how the description is showed in the column header - it means that you can't use it, because you won't be able to fit other columns on the same page.

It's good to have a description, but show it on a tooltip or something.
