Replication Instructions:

1. Use FireFox (e.g. v. 1.5.0.10)
2. Log into JIRA
3. Open any saved filter
4. Click Edit (to edit filter)
5. Go to Filters (upper right-hand corner) and right-click to "Open Link in a New Tab"
6. In that second tab, pick any other saved filter # Go back to first
   tab
7. Click on View (the link next to "Filter: " above the edit pane, not the View >> button).
8. Notice that the second filter will be opened in this tab, replacing
   the filter you were using before
