Add report to calculate Time Spent between specified dates

      We're very interested in analyzing weekly activity (new and updates). This requires some standard and some custom fields so we use the filters. We've just discovered that Time Spent in the filtered results is the total time spent on the issue, not just the time spent between the specificed Begin and End dates. Please add this ability.
