MySQL "qtz_" tables 500 character primary key limit

      Win2kAS, Jira RC2 Standalone, MySQL 3.23.55, MySQL JDBC 2.0.14

      When running starup.bat Jira tries to create qtz_job_details,
      qtz_triggers and qtz_trigger_listeners but they fail because MySQL has a 500 character limit on it's tables primary key's.
