The worklog changes in Change History should not displayed to users if they are not in the group/project role set in the "Log Viewable By"

      Currently, a user is still able to view the worklog changes (value of Time Spent) in the Change history even though he/she is not the member of group/project role set in the "Log Viewable By". This is quite confusing as the user cannot view the worklog information in the Worklog Tab Panel is still able to know the changes of Time Spent field. See attached screenshot for more understanding.
