We need some documentation describing how to set up a Cold Standby for JIRA.

Anton asked me to create this issue, so perhaps he has some more ideas about what exactly should be in such a document.

I just spoke to Jeff. He confirmed that we do not have such a document yet. He also said that a while back he started to write a script using TCP Wrappers (on all Linux boxes) that would listen for requests to port 8080 (or whatever), and fire up a JIRA if there was not one listening on port 8080. Perhaps we need to spend some time on this as well.

      Kind regards,
      Ian
