Change standalone version to use more memory

    Description

      Currently Tomcat starts with a default amount of memory. We need to change JVM_OPTS to use -Xms & -Xmx.

      Currently, importing data causes an out of memory error.

      I imagine -Xms128m -Xmx256m would be appropriate.
