    Description

      The components selection box on the create new issue screen is too small when you have a large number of components. It would be better to have some kind of larger popup with checkboxes next to each component for multiple selections

          Suggestion - JRASERVER-12849 List boxes on the "Create New Issue" form are annoying tiny peepholes into a large list of items.
