Resolved issue not showing with strikethrough on Manage links page

As you can see in the attached screenshot, even on the most recent version of JIRA, when the Issue links link is clicked and you are on the manage links page, the linked issue does not display with strikethrough even though the issue is resolved. This would seem to be inconsistent with JIRA's philosophy of showing resolved issues in strikethrough font.
