Window title of non default dashboard page should contain the page name

When viewing a portal page on the dashboard, the window title should also contain the page's name (much like if you're viewing a specific search request).

This way when you have 3 different pages open on the tabs, you don't just get "Atlassian JIRA" for all of the tabs.
