Colour of square brackets for issue activity

      Incredibly trivial but the title for issue "stuff" (e.g. comments, changes) has a timestamp on it with square brackets around it.

      IMO, the square brackets should be the same colour as the date. Otherwise, the thing that really stands out when you're scanning the page ends up being the pair of black square brackets rather than the much lighter date.
