Bugzilla Importer to take care of "Large Attachment Storage" feature (local attachments)

      The "Large Attachment Storage" feature introduced in version Bugzilla 2.20 allows you to store large attachments on disk instead of the database:

      Currently, the Bugzilla importer doesn't takecare of this, it will create 0-byte attachments instead.
