Allow users to select which filters appear in the "List ALL filters" portlet

In our organisation we have many projects within Jira and many public / global filters.

Most of our users have the portlet "List ALL fliters" but because of the number of projects / users, the number of global filters has grown and grown. This now means that every user displaying this portlet can see every filter visible to them which is a very long and needless list as some filters are just not relevant between the projects.

It would be good if the "List ALL filters" portlet could be configured so only desired filters will be shown. This could also be done on the "manage filters" screen in Jira or in some kind of portlet configuration.
