When a project has a lot of versions, it can be very slow to look at the Change Log tab within Browse Project.

For example, if I look at the change log today, I see 3.8.1, 3.8.1 Professional, and 3.8.1 Enterprise listed. If I want to look at 3.8 or even 3.7, I must change the scope to 'All Versions'. Because of the number of versions and numbers of issues, it takes a minute or two for this very large page to come back.

It would be helpful if we could page through 3 releases at a time or provide a higher level summary of the releases to keep the page more manageable.
