To attach a screen shot a JIRA incident, you currently have to use a program such as SnagIt or PhotoShop to store the screen shot to a file and then you have to upload it as an attachment.

It would be much easier if jira embeded that functionality via an applet. All you would have to do is screen shot window you are on via the built in Alt-PrintScreen key. Go to the Jira page with the screenshot upload applet. And then have the applet get the screenshot from the clipboard and upload it to the server.
