Allow multiple select for custom fields

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      It should be possible to configure the type of select box: one choice or multiple choices.

      Use case: track which feature is reported by which customer, so we can create feature request overviews per customer. Therefore one must be able to select and/or deselect multiple items from a list box.
