The percentage in the "Pie Chart Report" is calculated using truncate instead of round.

      The percentage values are shown as integers, but are calculated using truncate, which means the sum of the percentage values almost never add up to 100%. A value of "1.9xxxxxxx" is presented as 1% instead of 2% which would be a more correct value.
