Resizing of window does not work with the AJAXy issue operation screens

When using the AJAXy operations to refresh screens in an iframe, resizing window can cause issues.

The problem is that the iframe is not resized when the browser window is resized, and therefore the submit buttons of the form showing in the iframe can become hidden, making teh user unable to submit the form.
