It would be nice to have the Full Name Contains filter, as in Create Issue -> Reporter -> User Picker , on the Administration -> User Browser. More often than not we know the user's name but not his/her email address and quite often the user does not have an email address at all. So right now we go through this cumbersome process of going to the User Picker, entering the name, finding the username , entering the ViewUser url with username manually. If there's an easier, existing way to do this, I sure would like to know. Thanks.
