Allow users/admins to add fields to the Projects entity, like charge #, organization or department id. Then allow these fields to be search criteria on the Find Issues screen. We have over 150 projects in our JIRA system and it would be SO nice to narrow down those projects on pre-selected criteria. JIRA doesn't seem to be oriented to managing a large number of projects.
