SOAP is incompatible with Axis2 and Xfire

      Getting this error message while generating the skeleton code using Axis2's wsdl2java

      SEVERE: Part 'fault' of fault message '{http://.../rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2}RemotePermissionException'
must be defined with 'element=QName' and not 'type=QName'

      It seems like Axis1 doesn't follow the specification as explained in the forum thread.
