Screen captures/Attachments and their comments should be "together"

    Description

      While it is possible to attach a screen capture (using a Screenshot applet) or an Attachment to an Issue and comment on it, there's no apparent link between the comment and the respective attachment.
      The screenshot/attachment and a comment should be grouped together OR the comment field should at least automatically link to a corresponding attachment.
